These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wintra app and any related website pages that link to these Terms (the “Service”), provided by the developer of Wintra (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Wintra you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Wintra provides personal chromatic zone analysis and styling guidance for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not professional, medical, dermatological, or psychological advice, and its results are suggestions, not guarantees. Always use your own judgement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Wintra on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement , which applies to the app and is incorporated here by reference. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, or attempt to circumvent its security.
You keep all rights to the photos, voice input, and text you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use any image you upload (use only your own photos, or photos of people who have agreed). You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the features you request, including processing by the third-party AI provider described in our Privacy Policy.
Certain optional features require Apple system permissions. You may deny a permission; related features will be unavailable until you enable it in Settings:
Portrait analysis, garment analysis, and AI Stylist Chat transmit selected content through OpenRouter, Inc. to selected GPT model endpoints. Content you choose to submit is transmitted only when you initiate the corresponding feature and provide any required consent. Voice questions are first converted to text using Apple Speech Recognition; the resulting text is then handled like other stylist messages. Wintra requests OpenRouter’s Zero Data Retention routing and does not enable optional prompt logging or use of inputs and outputs for model training. Limited technical metadata may still be processed for routing, security, billing, service operation, and legal compliance. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose and must not be treated as medical, dermatological, biometric, or other professional advice.
Safety controls may refuse, block, or remove requests and responses that are unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, related to self-harm, or otherwise unsafe or outside the supported styling topics. You may report an inappropriate AI response through the in-app reporting control.
Core zone analysis is available to help you get started. Optional features — such as AI stylist replies, garment match scans, daily glow insights, or expanded dossier details — may require Wintra Credits.
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled under Apple’s policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly. Request them via reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, upload content you do not have rights to, harass others, generate or request sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, self-harm, or other unlawful or unsafe material, or interfere with or attempt to abuse our systems or AI infrastructure (including prompt-based attempts to bypass safety controls, automated scraping, credential stuffing, or overloading the Service).
The Service, including its design, software, text, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that AI-generated guidance will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights).
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any app-related support is provided by us, not Apple.
You may stop using Wintra at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the provider of Wintra is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
